In this new time of property management during a pandemic – Brad will go over some new best practices that will be extremely helpful in not only retaining the clients you have, but being prepare for future new clients.  In the last 3 years, RentWerx has signed 1,000+ units into management all thru organic growth, and all thru one on one kitchen table presentations.  Brad Larsen, the owner of RentWerx, will share the best practices of business development in finding, capturing, nurturing, and closing new property management and sales business that can be immediately applied at the user level.  This presentation is perfect for business development team members and property management business owners.  This presentation will go through some of the most successful business development practices that have worked for RentWerx Property Management in San Antonio & Austin, Texas. 

Get to Know Brad:

Brad Larsen was born and raised in Iowa – his parents were both school teachers. He graduated from the New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell, NM and was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the US Army. He then graduated from Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa. Brad was able to earn a baseball scholarship for both schools as a shortstop. After serving on active duty in the Army as an officer in the Infantry, Brad left the military as a Captain and moved to San Antonio to pursue his interests in real estate. He then went on to form RentWerx Property Management.  Brad is also a podcast host for the Property Management Mastermind Podcast show and has recently created the Property Management Mastermind Conference along with the BizDev Mastermind consulting service.
