Speaker John Lasswell with Lasswell Home Inspections

This month we will have John Lasswell speaking about RRIO’s and Inspections. John is a true Seattle native. He was born and raised in Lynnwood, graduated from Mariner Hight School in Everett and attended the University of Washington graduating with a degrees in Business Administration in 1991. In 2003 after working in sales for 12 years he founded Lasswell Home Inspection LLC, providing home & building inspection services through out the Seattle Tacoma area. In 1997 he bought his first investment property and now currently owns and manages 5 properties. In 2015 he was in the first group of inspectors to be certified by the City of Seattle to provide RRIO inspections. In 2022 he performed over 10% of all RRIO inspection in the City of Seattle. He is currently performing rental inspections for the cities of Burien, Kent, Renton, Seattle and Tukwila. When he is not working you can find John either playing beach volleyball or foraging in the woods with his wife and dogs for wild mushroom. You can now pay for lunch in advance!
