Please join us for an afternoon of fun, food, and education with one of King County NARPM’s favorite speakers, Chris Benis of Hecker Wakefield & Feilberg. Chris will cover a range of topics surrounding landlord-tenant laws, and some of the changes seen in the post COVID landlord environment.

SERVPRO of Lynnwood has generously opened its doors for our first big in-person event and will be providing lunch for all in attendance!

The event is sponsored by RHA and attendees can receive 3-clock hours of continuing education credit towards renewal for $15.00.
