King County NARPM® is excited to be offering a 6-clock hour class on fair housing. The class will be held at SERVPRO of Lynnwood on Tuesday November 8th from 9-3pm. For the first time we will have 3 separate speakers, Chris Bennis of First Avenue Law, Cory Brewer of Windermere Property Management, and Mike Chin with the City of Seattle. Lunch will be provided by Servpro.

This course will fulfill new state requirements from Senate Bill 5378 which mandates education on Fair Housing for all Real Estate Brokers and Managing Brokers. All brokers must complete the required 6-hour Fair Housing course prior to June 1, 2023 to stay compliant, Why not complete this new requirement with fellow NARPM® Members?

Class will cost $15 for those that want to receive clock hour credit from course sponsor by RHA.
