This month we will have Jim Henderson joining us for our legislative update.

Jim Henderson is a second-generation real estate investor and housing provider with 23+ years of housing industry and policy expertise. He has owned and operated a private rental housing services business since 2001 and has worked as a state and local lobbyist for the residential housing industry since 2018.

Jim serves on the board of directors of New Chapter and St. Vincent de Paul, two organizations serve the most vulnerable people in our local communities.
